NICE TO PADDLE, TOO COLD TO SWIM!!

We went to Walton on the Naze today looking for more beach pebbles as A. didn't have enough (only 40 miles away - the things we do!!)
We stopped at the Naze end on the cliff top for coffee and scones, to keep us going. We had a lovely 3 hour walk beach combing (pity we didn't have the dogs!!)
We found a selection of pebbles that will do - not a perfect match for the Cornish ones! We bought fish and chips for a very late lunch and ate them on the front, watching these brave souls playing in the water.
