Friends reunited

I want to start doing my blio again. I miss the community and it's good to record things so here we go.

It's been a busy day.
This morning we joined our new canicross group for a run at Cotton beach and woods. Easyish 6k. I need to work up to 10k as I have signed up to a 10k in May.
Got a way to go yet!

This afternoon we met a friend from our old canicross group.
We walked along Kessingland beach. So lovely to see her the girls were so excited.

28,000 steps walked, now chilling on the sofa watching only murders in the building.
