Lurking in the long grass

Spent the day catching up with housework, washing etc, so not much time for photos. I was going to blip some pretty wild flowers that have found their way into the garden when Eddie sat up from his snooze in the long grass, so he got the honours today. He loves this spot in the garden because it is in the sun for most of the day but there is a large tree peony that overhangs the grass and provides some dappled shade and we leave the grass in that small spot to grow long as this also keeps him cool - not that he's a spoilt cat at all :-))
