Roast Chicken

Herb and lemon roast chicken, broccoli, and roasted potatoes. Wine: Domaine Huet Le Haut Lieu Vouvray 2012.

It's been a while since I've roasted a whole chicken. I expect the leftover meat will be incorporated into something on Monday. Sadly this was our last bottle of this Vouvray. Ageworthy whites are not as common as their red brethren, and this was has been lovely.
