Been there a long time!

Went through to Shipley to take all my late aunt's documents (which finally arrived from the solicitor a couple of weeks ago) into the bank so we can close her account and transfer the money. It's been hanging over me for over 2 years and I've had to chase so much to get it done. Hoping everything will be ok but I'll be relieved when it's all properly gone through and is completed.

They were very good in the bank. I noticed how many older people were in there, needing help with things. That's why brick-and-mortar banks are still necessary, some older people are just not ready or able to do online and mobile banking. The staff were all being so kind to them too.

Went to the indoor market afterwards, to buy some merino wool (expensive but from a local company in Bingley) for something I'll be making soon, and have a much-needed cappuccino. I like this cafe. It's good coffee, they don't rip you off and it's totally unpretentious.

Felt absolutely shattered when I got home.
