Sunshine to warm us, ideal when chatting. A visit to the hairdresser this morning which included a massage, a last minute idea put forward by C who was sympathetic to the sciatica problem. It was very good. As was the day, it was good to be out and about.

I liked the passage way leading to these steep steps, although not for me at the moment.
