Yearly sunset

This year’s token sunset shot.
A walk on the Somerton Beach had the desired effect of banishing my impending fatigue. It was a hard day at work, and combined with a less than satisfactory sleep, meant that I could feel the edges of fatigue settling down. This is a post-stroke effect that visits me every now and then. I’ve learnt to handle it, and pace myself if at all possible.
The balmy still and peaceful waters edge was just the de-stress I needed.
