Biscuits

Today we got busy baking! My sister made lemon curd tarts and I made these biccies! They have a hole in the middle and that is filled with crushed boiled sweets of different colours! (Colours not mixed) then cooked so they have melted in the middle and become one sheet of sweet! Haven't eaten one yet but they look lush
