Brighter

Me and the weather. MrK has decided to finish work at lunchtime and cancel Sunday, as the rain is expected all day.  Which means he'll drive us all to Norfolk, so we can still take Mum out tomorrow. He's a love. Fk and I got the car packed ready to leave.
Just being in my garden there brings me peace. The glimpse of the field through the top corner brings me joy. There were plans to develop it into housing which would have been a disaster for the village.
The boys had a curry and I had a light salad. Eating like a sparrow but still bloating like a pig!
Fire alight, last weeks papers and an early night.
