Local re-opened

One of the local pubs in East Linton is open for business again after being closed for some considerable time.
So, I'll have to check it out.

I'm on tenterhooks 'cos in a few hours I want to bid on something on eBay and this involves lots of emotions -
*I get excited
*I get competitive
*I get "I want it' syndrome
*I get disappointed if I don't win
*I get 'how far can I go up in price' worry
*I get anxious that something will come along to distract me and I'll miss the whole thing
*and I love when I win and spend the next few days awaiting the arrival.
