Reeds and snow

Sat next to one of the ponds in the nature reserve that l look after, I liked the reeds against the skyline and snow. The ponds are slowly coming to life. There’s now frog spawn and I saw an Alpine Newt and a Water boatman. It was very peaceful sitting there for awhile.

This morning was busy at work but we enjoyed a lovely evening out to celebrate the end of a crazy term.
