Another viewing today.

We walked from the train station in the pouring rain. Huge puddles everywhere, I think the drains must be clogged.

We made sure to arrive early, though we had more time to kill than we thought. We wandered around the area and noticed a large amount of "For Sale" signs, almost all of them from the same agency.

Funnily enough, as we were walking past one of these houses a man emerged from his car and asked if we were there for a viewing. We explained to the estate agent that we had a viewing for a different house.

We were pleasantly surprised with the area and the house itself was good apart from a couple of small issues but we could improve it should we succeed in getting it.
