We had to take the car for a service today so on the way back we popped into the C of E church just round the corner from where we live. It’s such a lovely church dating back from the 15th C.
It also contains a memorial stone for John Wordsworth, younger brother of William Wordsworth who died in a ship wreck on the Shambles bank in Weymouth bay. He is buried in the churchyard.
