Kelpies before the rain.

As wet weather was forecast for most of the day, we were up and out even earlier than usual and got in about two and a half circuits of the Kelpies before we felt the first spots of rain. By the time we reached home it was on good and proper and has not really let up all day. No chance of a water shortage any time soon! 
However, at lunchtime we met up with two friends for lunch out (see MaggieD’s blip) A good catch up and as ever we put the world to rights. 
Annoyingly there is more rain on the way for tomorrow. I do hope they got that wrong.
