The lunch of champs

Not had this since I went veggie about 18 months ago (has it really been that long!)

So after some recommendation we tried the Quorn mince. And it was perfectly acceptable.

So I can now finally enjoy my all time favourite meal - mince, mashed tatties, baked beans and pickled beetroot.

Amazing!

And to make it even better there was plenty left over for lunch with a wee baked potato, minus the beetroot (I don't think the east coast is ready for that yet).
