Up early to avoid traffic and be in Chippenham for a 9am hygienist appointment. I arrived far too early.

I felt I had to explain my facial injuries. I didn't want them to think I always go round with a face like this!

My dad died 9 years ago today. Nigel is rapidly turning into him so I feel he's still around.

I can't see Nigel running marathons in his 80s though! And I doubt Nigel ever will hold the British record for distanced run within an hour in the over 75s age group. I can't quite remember the details but it was something like that!
