Feathering down

Had a great day today... all of the stress had had some time to alleviate and things were looking more colourful again!

We went and met Steve (from the Shivering Timbers)'s 3 week old son this morning and it brought back when Miles was that small... so fragile! They grow so quick, it's fantastic! Hopefully they'll be as lucky with him as we've been with Miles... he's seriously good fun! :)

We managed to knock a few things off this afternoon too without being stressy about it, and the Faye and Lewis came over for homemade pizza, rugby and a catch-up. Faye asked Gina to be a bridesmaid, which was met with tonnes of high-pitched squealing and hand clapping. Girls are hilarious (but I'm very happy for all involved). I'm also very excited as we now have an informal invitation to the wedding in Akaroa in NZ. We've been there before, and the whole Banks Pensisula is filled with amazing campervan adventures for us... I can't wait to get back over there!

I was blown away (and somewhat surprised...) by the response to yesterday's blip. Thank you so much! I'll get round to the rest of the comments tomorrow. Today's a feather from a little dream catcher we've got up in our kitchen. I'd almost forgotten it was there until I needed to find something to blip!
