Focus....

It's no secret I like to play at the gym and run. When a friend at work lost her brother recently, she needed something to focus on. She had only just started running so I suggested we go together and then she mentioned she wanted to do the Race For Life. It has kept her focused and determined and to be fair she has come on in leaps and bounds.
We completed the 10km together today and she didn't stop once. Fair play to her.xxx
