Cup of coffee and macaroon

In France I had my first 3 cups of coffee in a meeting and enjoyed them. Nit sure why i hadn't had any before. So back home I tried an expresso. Well fast forward three hours, my hands are shaking so much I can't get the food in Baby's mouth am feeling sick and dizzy! That's the end of me a coffee forever!
