Interesting exhibition At Edinburgh fruit market Gallery. by the sculptor , Martin Boyce during an early 20th century industrial material & cultural references.

This industrial material has been sculpted to look like Japanese blossom and that image is strengthened by the blue sky seen through the skylight as it would be above a tree.

I was working in Glasgow today and had a great chat with a Scotrail member of staff on the way through. He told me all about the mental health first aiders they have on their team who basically act as first responders. They can be identified by a MHFA badge. Through chatting with him, I made a new link with a member of staff in another charity who can extend the reach of our own work so that is always a good start to the day.
