Bad day!

Awake at 3am, flung the covers off and screamed with pain shooting through my arm.

Result not at work and seeing Dr later.

Hoping I don't lose the contract...

Everything one handed :(

(update - its a trapped nerve :(  I've seen the paramedic (not Dr) and got the stronger painkillers (codeine, which I will take as little as possible), and some exercises.  Also bought a hot water bottle as I need to do heat and ice, and microwave was smoking with nothing in it :(  Kind neighbour put it out for me...)
