Keeping warm

Coffee and a long catch up with a pal in the West End. Afterwards I did my usual wander up and down Byers Road, Hillhead library, always a great travel selection including OS maps and then to the humid conservatories in the Botanic Gardens.

Good to catch up with son number 1 who’s overnighting. He’s encouraging me to do the Haute Route, which he is about ski, later in the summer when the snow has disappeared. It looks rather exciting.
