Hamburgers On The Grill

We scored some fresh ground beef from a local farmer who actually knew the cow before it was slaughtered.  
Great taste and so lean that keeping it together was an issue.  
I'd fill the freezer for the trip home but it'd only be a couple pounds.   RV freezers are tiny.
