More New Zealand

It was horrible weather today - pouring most of the day and grey and miserable which sort of matched the mood.  Cross words (again) with OH regarding car insurance renewal.  Usually I do all the paperwork and admin but I delegated this and it did not go to plan, so I picked up the pieces later this afternoon.

I visited M for a coffee and we sat and chatted for a couple of hours.  She is worried about her Mum and about her daughter for various reasons and we consoled each other with the sh*t which is going on in our respective lives. 

Home to apologise, make up then start arguing again.  I retreated to my room for sewing and watching Channel 4 documentary about Boris Johnson - I had forgotten so much about his dubious reign!
