Even on a dull damp day...

...there were a number of men in town,  accompanied by dogs. They are often sitting on a bench (as in my extra) or standing patiently waiting.

I may be wrong but I suspect these chaps offer to look after the pet pooch in order to avoid going into shops and supermarkets. 

Next time I see a lady on doggy duty, I will try to capture the scene for a blip. But it may be some time before I find one.
