Gorgeous walk with the girls

The dogs were very snuggly this morning so I took the opportunity and did a couple of online courses for work.
I made it up to them by going to Spittal woods for a change and we had a 2 hour walk.
Dina loved it as there were a few pheasants she could put up, Keely and I loved it because we only met 2 people enroute.
It was lovely wandering through the woods, forest bathing in the smells and sounds of the woods.
Decided not to run with Dina tonight, knee is still quite bruised but it's definitely on the mend
