Parkrun day

Too tired for a run so went along to Parkrun to marshal. Very cold to stand for an hour! The runners were many and varied as usual. Great effort by all.
My son and his girlfriend are home for the weekend. We treated ourselves to a takeaway curry for dinner - mainly because we’ve run out of oil which the Aga needs. This means no cooker - and a very chilly kitchen.
