Herb Drying Tower

Our new King, Charles III, visited the Chelsea Flower Show in 2023 and rather liked a structure there modelled on a herb drying tower such as are used in South Korea and decided that he should have one in the Sandringham Arboretum.

The tower is not yet complete and presumably they will instal a descriptive notice.

The background information came from one of the staff who was ready to chat to me, the only visitor present, before he locked up at 16:00hrs (and to ensure I was not obliged to spend the night there . . .!)
