Old Bat

Dave and I went to Warriston Crematorium for Old Bat's funeral - an excellent address by the humanist celebrant which included lots of her amazing past. We walked along afterwards to the Botanics, where there was a light lunch for family and friends. Quite a good turn-out of former OU colleagues.

The photo in the funeral service booklet that I've blipped must be one of the very few photos of her in existence - she loathed being photographed! Almost certainly taken by her daughter, when she was completely absorbed in taking a photo herself (wonder if it was a blip?).
