A beautiful day. Calm seas and blue skies with a stunning sunrise and sunset.
Puffin Pool first thing and then a cold walk at Ferry Point with views like this across the water to the Cromarty Bridge.
We picked David up and went for Breakfast in The White Cottage that is open again after the Winter Break.
On to Inverness,Wickes and B&Q and a carwash.
Enough time to go to Merkinch. A new carved bench has been installed in memory of a local photographer. I sat on it not realising it was still damp from the rain last night. We watched the herons and black headed gulls catching their dinner.
We then went to Eden Court to see Dune 2 . Really enjoyed it, some great special effects.
Went to see Richard afterwards.Gad tea and cakes and he gave me a lovely bunch of purple tulips .Took David home afterwards.
