Here's looking at you!

Went for a wet but excellent walk in Glen Sax with T. Glen Sax is just outside Peebles, a small market town in the Borders, about 45 minutes from Edinburgh, but it could be a hundred miles away from anywhere. We spent quite some time watching and listening to two curlews and we decided that it was an adult giving flying lessons to its offspring. The scenery was amazingly green, partly from the grass which must be growing like billy-o and also the bracken which was still at the stage of unfurling itself.
