Sprouts

Alfalfa Sprouts.

A little imagination will be required to picture these in situ. I had a turkey sandwich with muenster, dijon, and alfalfa sprouts for lunch. This was followed by a mandarin for dessert. I enjoyed this meal while hove to off the coast of Newport Beach during a sailing class, but was a bit distracted and forgot a picture at the time. We have five more weekends with sailing classes scheduled, so there will be more chances to post meals at sea.
