Tonight, Could ever be this close to me

I woke so early this morning. All my joints were aching.  

I think I need warmth and sunshine. 

I had made two lemon drizzle cakes by 12, along with a tub of Salted Caramel sauce. 

I tried to make Chocolate Truffles, but they didn't come off.  

The chocolate stayed in the mould.  even turnig it upside down didn't make it empty to reveal a shell. 

it took some amount of work (by himself) to remove it). 

A nice man delivered me some flowers.  Thank you Tooli  I used my vase which I bartered for from Bailey's Antiques

I went and visited me maam, for Mothers Day... Gave her one of the cakes, and measured the cardigan I have been crocheting for her. 

Then I popped into the town for a couple of things, and then I came home, picked up a glass of wine and sat and watched Star Trek and unpicked the cardigan. 

I love unpicking.
