Mothering Sunday today so we were up and off to church early. Colin was on welcome sorry she's I was doing prayers and Chalice, do both busy. We had a reasonable congregation around 35 and a visiting Priest today as our Rector is on holiday. I was pleased that my intercessions fitted well with his sermon. That doesn't always happen.
We drove him home after the service then relaxed with bacon rolls. Both girls popped over this afternoon, Ali bringing her daughters with her. We had a lovely afternoon and I have some lovely chocolates and a voucher for Côte to enjoy
This evening we are going out to Cool Jade for dinner
My Blip is from the garden. The first of my Bleeding Hearts is flowering, in front of the Hellebore which is looking good
