Rubik Monument?

I came across this (large) unusual sculpture in the middle of a roundabout on my bike ride today. No idea why it’s there or what it’s all about, and Google isn’t offering any suggestions…
Also, when passing over the Autopista I saw that it was being blocked by protesting farmers, which could prove interesting if they’re still there in the morning when we move on… (see extras).
