Out for the count

Dougal is worn out from his efforts of coping with his normally serene home being invaded by so many humans.

After a night of sporadic sleep I felt much better than of late, the pain killing meds eventually getting to work hopefully.
After breakfast carer one supervised me having a shower which was delightful, I managed to shave and felt so much better.
I am now using a couple of walking sticks to help me relax when walking and they certainly help. Work colleague L visited, she brought a huge box of chocolate eclairs which will have to be put somewhere safe:)
We chatted for several hours before D our production manager came to check on me and they both were able to move an armchair from another room and place it in the front room. This is going to be my resting spot for quite a while. 2 more carers arrived to provide meal support and prepare me for night time attire.
Enjoyed watching the home international rugby match with England taking the spoils in a closely fought match against Ireland, played in an admirable manner of sportsmanship.
