Speedbird

A few planes popping in and out of Prestwick tonight on what was a very wet runway after all the rain we have had.

A couple of Ryanair jets, heading off somewhere sunny no doubt, and another appearance of one of the Boeing Dreamliner jets from Wednesday's blip. But this one got top slot tonight as he did his bit to dry some of the runway on take-off.

Speedbird "G-EUYD" was a British Airways Airbus A320-232 which went into service in December 2008. Think she was on some sort of test or relocation flight as she was not parked at the terminal before departure.

Well that's me ready for a busy weekend with our three granddaughters down for the weekend. I'm sure it will be very busy and lots of fun. Have a great weekend folks.
