Just another Saturday ....

..... in which I headed out to Parkrun first thing. My walk there was a good warm up and I enjoyed making my way round the course. I felt I was going at a reasonable pace and managed my best time this year (although this is only out of four so far).  I did accept a lift to the golfclub afterwards for my post Parkrun coffee and chat.

P, one of my nephews, came for lunch. He does improv and is acting in a Murder Mystery Dinner weekend at local hotel.  It was lovely to see him and catch up with all his news. 

A quiet evening in beckons which I am looking forward to.
