Watching the Millenium Clock

Walking tour in the rain this morning! Then it cleared up! & now the evening is the best time if the day again!

Lovely family from Connecticut, we explored the castle, took lots of photos, found Henry Rat in the Dungeons! (He's not real!)

After I finished I scooted off to see the new exhibition Mary, Queen of Scots opened today in National Museum in Chambers Street, it is very interesting & well displayed with lots of items not seen previously from private collections. Beautiful jewellery, tapestries, models made by a very talented lady with exquisite costumes of the time of Mary, Elizabeth & Henry V111.

It's on till November, as I said on Twitter today .....go see!
