Wow! That was a turn up, thank you for all your lovely comments, I only found out when we got back from a day out.

We went to Brighton for the day with my stepdaughter and her boyfriend - lunch at Bill's and then to the Royal Pavilion. Since I can remember I've always wanted to go there and today I did. But I wish I'd kept the fantasy of an imagined fabulously faded interior rather than the reality of a unimpressive reproduction - no photography allowed - waste of £40.
