World book day

Instead of choosing a favourite character, H always sorts out world book day clothing deciding what he wants to wear then finding a book to justify his choice.
This is the second time he’s gone as Fergus McIvor from Waverley, although he opted for the sport kilt this time. There was some debate about having his sgian dhu, but it was fine and no complaint from school about him having a knife in his sock!
Last year he was in his wool dress kilt when his teacher asked if he was ok to do PE… he responded “My ancestors went to war in their kilts, I think I’ll manage a game of netball!”
