Cycling
I decided I would try to lose some weight and get fit by cycling in the evenings when I get back from work. I started on Monday.
Monday's route was a bad choice: town at rush hour.
Tuesday's route meandered in the opposite direction. There is a cycle path alongside the misguided busway, and as I seemed to be heading that way, I thought I'd give it a whirl. It seemed a good choice. I got as far Histon and Impington.
Tonight, I headed straight for the busway, and cycled to the far end of Histon and Impington.
I have wobbly legs and the saddle could be comfier, if you catch my drift. I will have a night off tomorrow to recover.
