Trackside

I have had a great day with 10 kids from year 5 and 6 at a inter school athletics competition. I now have a sore throat from shouting and cheering our kids on. They all did brilliantly especially as they have never really done much of what we had to do. At the award ceremony we found out we had come 10th (there were 10 primary schools taking part!). But before they announced this, they announced the boy and girl that had achieved the most points overall. We were all amazed, including the boy who won - he was from our school. How proud we are, and came home very happy.
