Room with a View

Down in Dun Éideann for a couple of nights and with views like this it would be tempting to spend all our time in our room.

However we have been out and about. We visited the new Scottish Gallery at the National Gallery - really well done - and went to see my favourite on the way out ( Old Lady Cooking Eggs by Valquez ). We then meet TW, an old friend of T's from university for coffee and a chat. Great to catch up.

This evening was spent chez Hazelh's and what a lovely evening it was - champagne, very tasty food, and lots and lots of chat and catching up. After supper we played Catan and yours truly won (a rare occurance).  A lovely start to.our stay.
