Bleak

Well, to be honest, the weather has been grim again today. I’ve been working and Andy has been trying to get to the bottom of some continuing problems with our boiler. The verdict is that our hard water has furred up some parts (despite us having a water softener). A new boiler may be needed. Merlin has been relaxing. He didn’t fancy a walk in the rain this morning but agreed to a potter around the village this evening.

Grateful:
- To walk to our lovely village bakery to buy fresh bread this morning.
- For the boiler engineer who went out of his way to offer us help us today.
- To be given a free place on a training course because there are a few spots left and the person running it wants to support our work.
