Weather incoming from the south east .

The first day of the year when it’s been warm enough to sit outside and enjoy a brew and a book.The weather is coming on from the south east which is unusual for us .
I had settled in nicely to this “tea at three “moment when suddenly the light and warmth disappeared . The culprit was the large , grey cloud which had crept up unnoticed, it took awhile to drift past and put an end to the moment of relaxation. The sun reappeared later when Bramble and I took a walk in the woods, she was slow and reluctant which was a shame . A few days of lesser walks makes a difference.
I managed an early get up and made soup in the slow cooker and then spent much of the day disposing of a bed .
An early blip and then domestic duties in order to ready the house for our young visitor tomorrow.
