Raining

After yesterday’s predominantly indoor activities while the sun shone, today I’ve been indoors because it is raining. Dry weather may have prompted some work on the ugly duckling but can’t paint when it’s wet.
So a lot of unplanned tidying up this morning searching for a bit of the boat I put in a ‘safe place’ before Christmas. For the life of me I couldn’t find it but after two hours of clearing out under the bench, on top of cupboards and in the corners I found it standing up behind the lathe…..
Anyway a reasonable amount of toot found its way to the bin so not all bad.
This afternoon I put the aerial and wind vane back together and sorted out the mooring buoy with a new number. Also finished off the solar panel controller ready to be put in the boat.
Preparing the way for a big boat session next week.
