KAFFIR LIME

This plant is also called Makrut Lime and is used in southeast asian cooking for curry etc. On Amazon you can buy the leaves at $9.99 for one ounce. I had no idea what a treasure I have here in the garden. The leaf is easy to identify, it is a double leaf and now that I looked up recipes etc I will use it more often.
I will use the rind (not the white) for a cake. Let's do it....
