Symmetry

Both working away all day. Frankfurter at night. We actually wanted to go to Chin’s for Japanese, but it doesn’t open till 8.30. We walked in the open door at 8.20pm, together with another couple, and a separate group of four. The restaurant was all ready, but the new server ushered us out the door, telling us to come back in 10 mins! Had Chin been there, we’d have all been welcomed to sit down! It was a cold and so we all walked off.

Our grand-nephew, Michael, is 16 today. Where do the years go?!. His mum (our niece Sarah and busboy’s daughter) was just 19 when she had him - just three older than her baby boy is now! She and her husband Martin (not much older than Sarah was when they became parents to Michael) now have three kids.

I took my blip round the block when I was out for a walk during the day.
