soaked

I have caught my son's cold and feel a bit sorry for myself. It's a wet day today. Everything in the garden is soaked through. There is some warmth due this weekend... hopefully even a bit of sun at times so things may grow quickly very soon.

This is my grapevine. I had other photos with prettier raindrops but I think this one sums up how weighed down my garden looks after a lot of rain. These clingy tendrils are normally curly and reaching upwards...

I do not intend to venture further than I have to unless I start to feel better.
